Gerd Ma Lui – Panna Training
November 13th, 2009 by
Panna Rittikrai trains here for 5 minutes. Using weapons and thai style fighting. Also look out for some sort of snake fist and drunken style. Read the review I wrote for it, www.angelfire.com

Just watched it again, the first technique group does look Thai, and the sword routine obviously, but still unsure about the rest looks like a scene from Jackie Chan movie snake in eagles shadow and drunken master ; put into one scene here.
Fucking great though

November 13th, 2009 at 2:13 am
you can see his student followed his teachings closely.
November 13th, 2009 at 2:13 am
hahaah i love the over the top 70’s sound effects.

I’d recommend anyone who doesn’t feel Muay Boran can compete with kung fu to evaluate the similarities of Muay Thai and Nan Quan, with the videos by Yang Shi Wen: his “Tiger and Crane” form, his “Elementray Nan Quan” and some of the basics movements in “Wushu – Duilian with Yang Shi Wen”, just type Yang Shi Wen and those titles in the search bar and look at how it works, you can also see some similarities with Lavorato sensei’s shotokan, although only in upper body technique, and with San Soo
